> I suggest the vilazodone. Good luck!The reason I don't suggest Fetzima is because its mechanism of action is entirely different from SSRIs like your sertraline. It does effect serotenergic but it has a lot of NE effect. A 2:1 ratio, I believe. It is also not as proven to be effective as other medicines.
Brintellix seems like it would be a blockbuster, but it seems to be getting poor reviews, but this could be attributed to it being prescribed to those with treatment-resistant depression since at this point, it seems to be a second or fourth-line drug. It helps me out. I can get out of bed easier since taking it.
I still suggest the Viibyrd. It has some effects similar to Buspirone which could help you and it is purported to have less sexual side effects while remaining an SSRI like Zoloft. I don't see why it would hurt to switch over to it.
