I know 8 mg is a lot, but unfortunately I have a high metabolism and that's what my body is used to. (For the record, I don't drink.) I'd like to cut it down by 1/2, get down to 4 mg within a few months. I'm not close to there yet!
Perhaps my high threshold for benzos has something to do with med-induced blackouts?
