In my estimation, the majority of people do best at 200 mg/day. However, some people need 300 mg/day or, rarely, higher. If you decide to reduce your dosage of Lamictal, I recommend that you do it in 25 mg decrements. A more rapid reduction is likely to trigger a rebound depression that, although temporary, would only serve to fool you into thinking that you still need the higher dosage.

Please see my cure. http://clickbipolarblog.blogspot.com/2014/08/medmedical-bills-ipay-carenot-quite.html> - Scott
Thanks Scott, Wednesday it is. My symptoms are going to bed a half hour after taking Seroquel. 10pm(good). The next night, I take my Seroquel and end up writing till 3am for a total of 36 hours straight. Then depressed for a few hours after waking up at 5pm the next day. Then a bit manic with loss of judgement(internet only)
My mood chart looks like a paper off of a polygraph machine.
I think that a lot of my problems come from not working out enough..walk/stretch/sweat, or just getting outside. IOW, I'm confused. I realize that's not much to work with.there is no rest for the messenger until the message is delivered.
