It's BS that there aren't any real options, but millions of people are suffering and not able to live a decent life.
OMG, I am recently off benzodiazapines, and I am struggling. I've started ERP therapy, and we're working on tolerance of the sensation (discomfort!). Lyrica helps quite a bit, but it's quite a trade-off.
