I think the best is Clozapine in that regard. It causes less TD than placebo so...
Seroquel is still pretty good.
Schizophrenia or Schizo-affective
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 10mg
Lithium Carbonate 100mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 37.5 mg
