I've read that, too.

I dunno. The atypicals as a class are still viewed as better than typicals. I suspect there's a lot of variation amongst the older drugs and also that dosing issues come into play.

I've also read that the TD is milder with AAPs, that the annual rates of TD development are lower, and that long term TD rates are lower. True? Who knows...

...again, I imagine that there's some heterogeneity amongst the atypicals. I keep reading that Seroquel is better in terms of TD and all that than anything else. I don't know if that's true, though.
