I dunno man. I'd up it, personally, until I got calmer. Are there psychosocial, or physical issues that need to be addressed?
Maybe night time Ativan or something? That might be a cheaper, kinder, gentler way to handle it instead of going over the top with a neuroleptic. Then again, 240 Geodon isn't unheard of...
