Yes I think being on Vyvanse will help some but I am on Desoxyn + MAOIs and I still don't think they cancel out the Abilify too much. It's still dampening. Especially if you're taking stimulants regularly, that becomes your baseline, your normal.

I have a friend who got TD from Geodon, seems like a considerable risk at 240mg. What are you taking now, by the way?

Eric do you take your Geodon BID or just once?

240mg seems a bit high to me but I'm no expert. If you can handle it, aren't afraid of TD, and would otherwise have better symptom control without too much expense to your personality/ general functioning in other areas... that's what really matters I guess.

Ask your doc, maybe he can ask a few colleagues if he's not sure.
