Thanks for the reply. I will hopefully be starting nardil monday.

I'm a bit worried as I also take Victoza for prediabetes, and it substantially slows gastric emptying (so one feels fuller all the time).

I wonder if anyone has explored somehow coating nardil in something, to get it to make it to the intestines? Or asking a compounding pharmacy to do that. Any idea? I had heard around PB people say "Nardil changed" but didn't quite understand how one couldn't just adjust the dose higher to make up for this...

What dose do you take it at, and have you had any side effects over the long term? Fatigue, weight gain, sleepyness, etc.? Does it feel "clean"?
