Dx: Bipolar II with MDD/GAD. Rx: Risperidone 3mg am, 2mg pm, Prozac 80mg daily; Clomipramine 150 mg hs; Clonazepam 4mg daily; Zyprexa 10mg hs (soon changed to Nozinan or Thorazine); Clonidine .6mg hs
