I was told the only kind of headache I should worry about was an occipital headache -- originating in the back of the head. Is this correct? I once had an occipital headache after eating parmesan cheese and went to the local emergency room. The nurse took my BP and it was high, but not dangerously high. Anxiety high, probably. After that, I bought a BP cuff. They're pretty cheap and accurate and can calm your mind.
