Hi Jaroen,
This is reason for concern, but it is not necessarily a heart attack. A cardiologist can let you know if you had an actual heart attack.
I have experienced such side effects from certain medications. I ended up quitting them (heart pain was definately a deal breaker). However, the doctor confirmed that it was not a heart attack.
