seroquel is affecting my heart, danger in it read

i had an attack to my heart nerve few months ago
that i taught i was having a stroke
when breathing in it's like someone put a knife into my heart... the cause is seroquel the doctors confirm, yet they don't want to give me any new medicine like saphris or minocycline
what should i do, change clinics? complain somewhere
this is serious.....
