Sheila there is a poster here that uses tramadol. It was suggested for me for my back pain. I turned it down from the neurosurgeon as was afraid of serotonin syndrome using It with an SSRI. But she combines them and gets a lot of relief from it also takes an SSRI. Dose of her tramadol is low so I think it does help. Phillipa
