To be honest, I've never used that site. When checking interactions, I normally check the manufacturers data sheet for both products, the BNF and Stockley's. Stockley's is expensive though.
For drugs marketed in the UK, most manufacturers data sheets are available here, marked SPC (summary of product characteristics)...

For example, if you wanted to learn about the interaction between the antibiotic erythromycin and the cholesterol-lowering simvastatin, search under both drugs, choose any brand, click on SPC and go to the interactions section.
Under simvastatin, combination with erythromycin is listed as being contra-indicated due to an increased Risk of Myopathy/Rhabdomyolysis. As a double check, look under erythromycin. In this case, the same information is found, providing confirmation.
Because brand names differ between countries, always type in the general name when using this site.
