Besides, its antiglutamatergic properties are substantial at multiple sites, even in the absence of lamotrigine. For OCD, one might speculate that combining memantine with minocycline would have a synergistic effect.

Just one other point you may have missed in my original post - has Minocycline had any impact (beneficial or otherwise) on your anxiety, pending that's a fact of your condition?
