I should think that your partial response to Emsam is an indicator that Parnate would work for you. I can't guarantee anything, of course, but Parnate is a reasonable choice at this point. I respond better to Parnate when I add a TCA (desipramine or nortriptyline) and lithium to it. You could also try adding Lamictal.
