Hi Scott,

Urghhh. Thanks for the reminder (grumble, grumble).

I don't know who to trust...I feel better depression-wise (and anxiety-wise) but maybe I am "too" up? There's just no balance. And I can't take mood stabilizers because the ones I've tried cause more depression or make me a zombie. I feel okay, but I can't (at this point) trust myself, and again, it's true that my family is very unaccustomed to seeing a "normal" me.

I think I had a day of dysphoric mania on Sunday. I was extremely agitated/grumpy/tired. But, by yesterday, it went back on an upswing. Can this be rapid cycling?
