I'd rather not start on temazepam because, from what I understand, it is a Benzodiazepine, and I suppose one could risk becoming addicted to it. I tried Ambien CR but it did nothing for me. Lunesta was helpful but my psychopharmacologist changed the sleeping medication to Seroquel as it is helpful for me in terms of sleep and it is FDA approved to boost the effectiveness of anti-depressants.

Has it raised the effectiveness of the Parnate?
It's difficult for me to say.
