I can understand why you crave for sugar since all the AP tend to do this, no wonder why they are link to metabolism disorders like diabete type 2...
Do you feel anxious after eating sugar???
My problem is that I'm not on an AP or an AD...only Klonopin and Inderal... Nothing to explain the intense sugar craving and intake and nothing to explain the anxiety I have after I eat sugar....
Like you I have terrible memory but I link it to the high dose of daily Klonopin 7 mg day... Also the Inderal make me feel very tired but I suspect it to be the main reason why I don't sleep well recently since my Doc increase the dose.
I want to stop eating sugar but I can't!!! It's as addictive as cigarette or benzo meds for me...
Tonight I had an bad craving for cream sugar...made of brown sugar, white sugar and 35% cream... I cook it and eat almost half of the receipe so almost 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of cream...and butter of course...
I had a bad dizziness vertigo crisis who happen 1 hour later... With a weak feeling and chest pain... I took my blood sugar and it was at 3.2... Here in the Canada the normal range is 3.5 to 7...
If it was hypoglycaemia, I mean eating sugar will increase the blood sugar and stop the symptoms no??? But it's not what happen with me...
I took it again 3 hours later and it's still low at 3.6... Feel weak and slightly nausea and dizzy... Heart palpitation and tachycardia also...
Is going on a hypoglycaemic diet can help me in a long time?
Or it's only anxiety symptoms who manifest cause I know I eat sugar and that my brain linked it to feeling anxious and bad???
That's so annoying to feel bad all the time and don't know why I have so many physical symptoms...
Anyway thanks for the nice link...
