In short-term bipolar mania and schizophrenia trials, SAPHRIS caused no clinically significant changes in mean prolactin levels from baseline
The incidence of adverse reactions related to abnormal prolactin levels was 0.4% for SAPHRIS vs 0% for placebo
In a 52-week trial of patients with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, the mean change from baseline for prolactin was a decrease of 26.9 ng/mL
