caffine is good and effective at low to moderate doses...a cup or two of regular coffee usally gets people in the US going....today, i had regular coffee....felt great, and then it wore off....went back up to the store and got strong dark roast....i thought nearly i was going to die...that feeling your jumping out of your skin from unfocused stimulation that causes extreme dyphoria/horrible mood. I studied all day today fine on coffee....then i took the next cup...i had to lay down in the bed i was jitter all over...caffine is nasty over 300-400mg...200mg is usally a regular dose to help for wakefulness and some focus.
I wished I took Nuvigil instead, but it tastes horrible under the tongue...and plus im not suppost to redose again according to the presciption, but people do it all the time...my friends will have adderall and xanax and pop them like candy...every couple hours they take something else...and this is all prescribed to them too....soo....anyways...
a good supplement that's out there is NADH, its better than caffiene and won't cause anxiety...i just don't know if they sell it anymore.
more coffee? i swear if car was working i would already be at a bar right now...get this sh*t out of my system!
