I read that when you dose Nardil it almost immediately splits your levels of B6 in half, and B6 is excreted VERY quickly because it's water soluble
I bought this tonight.

Would this be cool to take even twice? I think the B6 value is a bit low, but now that I'm eating B6 foods as well I might be good.
Hopefully this works because I've never been on 45 mg with any side effects like this
