Hello! I took a little remeron with the zoloft and that kept alot of the start up effects at bay. I also started low and went up slow.I felt that zoloft was a very good med, and very effective for worry. Only thing,it made me gain weight,but I did take remeron with it,so that is probably the culprit. Good luck to you!
