Thanks guys, went to the urgent care clinic and got referred to a gastrowhatchamacologist. It wasn't hemroids or fissures, but it was probably related to the Nardil constipation somehow. Got a prescription laxative called lactulose and everything is back to normal now, so I'm not to worried. I probably will ask my psych to prescribe it with my Nardil at my next appointment (even though it is some truly vile tasting stuff). All my other sides are pretty much gone so hopefully this constipation subsides soon.
