As Phillipa said, tremors are not an uncommon side effect with Lithium. Unless you have other symptoms* and are extremely sensitive to the drug, my unprofessional non-medical opinion is that it is unlikely to be Lithium toxicity. If you have any concerns, though, please see a doctor ASAP and get your level checked. Lithium toxicity is NOT something to play around with.
Being a little dehydrated can raise your Lith level enough to notice increased side effects such as tremors, without it being so high as to be toxic. If you drink a little more water and/or lower your dose for a day or two it should go back to normal. You'll find it gets easier to manage your Lithium dose and water consumption as time goes on.
