Lithium Tremors

Hi all,

I've been on 300mg of Lithium as an add on to my other meds and so far it's been great. I know it's a low dose, but it makes me calmer and helps my depression.

But, now that I've been on it for almost a month, I suddenly have bad hand tremors. Should I be worried? I couldn't apply mascara this morning...

My lithium level was .4 when my pdoc started me on it. I don't intend to stop it, but maybe I need to add propanol or clonidine? It's not a sign of toxicity, is it?
