I gained 20 lbs on Zyprexa, but then lost it when I switched to Risperdal. Try Risperdal-- you won't gain weight from it. I have no idea why a doctor, given the research, would prescribe a med that gained weight when we know Risperdal doesn't cause weight gain. I think it's ignorance.
