Right now I'm taking 300mg a day of Trileptal and 300mg a day of Lithium along with 75mg a day of Wellbutrin.
At first when the Wellbutrin made me jittery I took 1mg of Klonopin with the Wellbutrin. Now I don't need the Klonopin.
Don't know what to think. This is just the regular 75mg dose.
Do some people move from that to taking it twice a day or to the SR version? I felt like the 150xl lasted too long.
