Used to Wellbutrin already?

I tried 150mg of Wellbutrin and it was too strong so my doc gave me 75mg. At first that made me too jittery, but now after a week or more it seems like I am used to it.
I didn't like feeling jittery, but I did like the extra energy (like when I would take Adderall).
So now, when I see my doc in 2 weeks I wonder if I go up to 100mg? It has helped my depression. But I miss the energy.
I dont know how the jitters could have passed so quickly.
