Effexor, Cymbalta, Zoloft, and Lexapro are the SRIs that are the least fattening from what I can see anecdotally. This varies between individuals, of course. I could be wrong.
Other drugs:
Desipramine
Wellbutrin
Geodon
Latuda
Nefazodone
Amphetamine
Methylphenidate
Buspirone
Lamictal
Agomelatine
Provigil
Namenda
Mirapex
Strattera
Parnate
Marplan
Emsam
Trileptal
Zonegran
Topamax
Viibryd
Thyroid
Reboxetine
This looks like a long list, but it really isn't. Very few of these drugs are robust antidepressants. Some of them make good augmentors. Treating MDD with a combination of Parnate + desipramine can crack even the worst cases of depression, and won't put a single pound on you. Some people will eat more when they first begin feeling well because food tastes better and it takes less energy to get up and prepare foods. This is a behavioral challenge that we must all deal with. I found that this treatment reduced my appetite and caused me to lose weight.
