Nonsense. You have no idea what amount is contained in his bottle, nor is his guess of the strength of the solution reliable. Your advice was immensely foolish and dangerous. Period.

I doubt that. They won't accept him without a detailed documentation of his treatment up until now, including failed treatment types.
