well, antidepressants and many other psychiatricsmeds have been the problem. doctors dont believe me about this, but when a med such as n antidepressant has its effect on my brain, the effect does not go away stopping the med. every now and then it will, but most of the time it is stuck with me.
i've had doctors tell me they dont believe me, or that im delusional and psychotic for thinking this.
but because of this, i am unable to function. before trying the meds, i had "mild depression" and could function very well. now i walk around dazed and confused and unable to feel many emotions other than feeling blank.is it rally that hard to believe that every now and then, a person might come along and try antidepressants, and have them effect them differently than most? that the effects of the med could stick with them? doctors tell me this is impossible. that the severe mood changes i had while on meds such as mirapex or effexor were just random changes that werent caused by the med.
those were the worst 2 meds. i've tried others such as wellbutrin, prozac, zoloft, buspar, seroquel, risperdal, latuda, amisulpride tianeptine, ritalin, adderall.they all had different effects on me except for zoloft having no effect on me. but when they change my brain, it is seemingly permanent.
meds like adderall made me feel sped up, that effect doesnt stick with me of course. but after taking it for a few weeks, it is as if it stimulates those receptors too much and tells me brain to stop producing dopamine by itself.
