Thanks so far. My doc advised me to continue for a few weeks and do exensive relaxation therapy. If my problems remain he wants to switch med to Siprilexa (escitalopram).
I should add my alcohol use of 2 glasses wine a day and moderate Xanax use when the anxiety is too much. I've been using Xanax for 1/2 year now.
I've checked out your advise and will discuss it with my doc. Regards
