I use this combination at a low dose (15mg Mirtazapine and 100mg Seroquel) at night for insomnia. Doesn't do much for antidepressant effects, but I am able to get good quality of sleep that so much else hinges upon. For an antidepressant, I am tapering up on Viibryd at the moment.
