When will the withdrawal side effects end!!!!!!!

Hi everyone. I am a first time poster, and need help badly! I have been on Effexor for over a year, I take 150 mg daily, and have hated it for a long time. I just decided to go cold turkey. I have had all the symptoms that are listed in other posts, not feeling myself, brain shocks, tears (before I was void of any emotion) the eyes not following, heart racing, etc. But I think it's manageable with a bit of Lorazopam 10mg when I really need it.
Can anyone tell me how many more days I will have before I start to feel normal??? My last dose was Friday (although probably ineffective cause I had three glasses of red wine with dinner) and it's now Tuesday night.
Can anyone help me? Give me a ball park number???!!!!
