I would investigate adding an NRI or maybe even considering topamax.. weight gain can have some serious consequences later on if it sticks around.
If youre not eating more, the nardil has had some effect on your metabolism. Have you compared your blood sugar levels?
I do really well when I can stick with going to the gym but if I miss 2 days or more I go right back to square one.
Cardio seems to net the best mood results. But weights are good for getting out pent up aggression so I mix them both.
