Wow! Thanks so much for all your input. I do not have a pdoc, just a psychopharmacologist. As you may all know, these technicians are in the business of keeping clients on meds. They don't believe that people can heal from their illnesses, at least mine does not.
I'm going with dropping the Lexapro down to 20mg. I slept very well last night after hiking quite a bit yesterday to calm down my system. I was so heavily medicated for so long that I forgot 30mg. of Lexapro is a hefty dose.
