Buspar or Lexapro?

Hi all,
I've successfully withdrawn from Seroquel after being on it for 13 years. It's been one month clear. Now I'm feeling the side effects from 30mg.Lexapro and 30mg.Buspar daily (been taking both for many many years as well). Predominant problem is insomnia and feeling a wee bit manicky (no bi-polar diagnosis in my history).

My question is: Should I reduce the Lexapro by 10mg or should I try to eliminate the Buspar next?
