why does my system respond to only certain drugs

Every drug I take some don't work at all. Like a sugar pill. It has no effect on the brain. Tylenol PM, Strattera, Zyprexa, Prozac, and NOW Wellbutrin.
What causing this?? alot of theroies may not explain it. I'm so discusted with my body it never works correctly.
