Thanks for the info. I'm afraid my dietician in the hospital really started to scare me. She was so strict. No broth, no lunch meats, no cheese of any kind, etc. I don't think she had much experience with MAOIs, if any. This happened at one of the best psych hospitals in America too. Ridiculous. I will ease up and try to relax.
