Hi, I see Dr. Jonathan Tobkes in NYC. He's bright, young and enthusiastic and is prepared to try technically contraindicated combinations. On the downside he sometimes belies a lack of knowledge or experience, strangely.

I am on Nardil + Abilify, for example. I can PM you his contact details if you so desire.
