Progressive Pdoc in NYC area?

Does anyone know of any good pdocs in NYC/Westchester/CT? I'd like to have someone familiar with MAOI's and augmentation for anxiety and depression, as I'm planning on switching from Parnate to Nardil. My current doctor's knowledge is limited at best. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
