I don't think there is an amitriptyline transdermal patch. it wouldn't really make sense, there is no downside to oral administration, unlike with MAOIs (food restrictions) or with pain meds like fentanyl (need for a constantly 100% steady dose of blood levels, and to prevent overdose and abuse).
