Ah, that's too bad. The limited experience I had with this drug was rather awesome in terms of anxiolytic effect. I should have no problem getting it prescribed if I become interested in it, but it's too bad. The indication would probably lead to greater MD adoption in the US for a substance the FDA considers less abusable than benzos (Schedule V), and at least in my experience, far more effective than something like BuSpar.
