Yeah, I saw there was a different mGluR5 antagonist from Roche, but the link to clinicaltrials.gov didn't show any results for that, so I thought they may have renamed it or something. Also I'm not sure whether the RG prefix would indicate a cooperation with some company, instead of a "pure" Roche development beginning with RO.
Anyhow, thanks for keeping an eye on all these new developments, it's much appreciated!
P.S.: You only feature *new* drugs, right? If not, you could add ketamine to the list?
