From Wikipedia:
Extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) are various movement disorders such as acute dystonic reactions, pseudoparkinsonism, or akathisia suffered as a result of taking dopamine antagonists, usually antipsychotic (neuroleptic) drugs, which are often used to control psychosis.

Nardil is weird. What I am about to describe is pretty common - when it put me in remission before, it would make me very very tired and/or sleepy in the afternoon, and if I was at home on the weekend or not working a given day, it was very very hard to fight a nap. It was *not* quite so hard to fight a nap if I was working since I just downed a Rockstar or a Diet Coke or TaB or two if necessary. :-)
But whether or not I took that nap, it also caused some pretty nasty insomnia that was taken care of with 30mg temazepam qhs (see the origins of this thread, we've come full circle!).
Currently having no insomnia, likely because I'm still on the starting dose, but it would *rock* if the insomnia side effect never returned. (The afternoon fatigue is still there tho, and it doesn't matter what time I take the tablets.)

Any time :-)
