I have tried Zoloft but not nortriptyline or bupropion. Zoloft-type medications cause lots of anxiety and even panic attacks. I have been prescribed various combinations of stuff but having never seen a single positive (even mediocre) response, it's hard to keep trying them. One new side effect I seem to get is very dry eyes. I've had this response to Wellbutrin, Lamictal, Lexapro and Trazodone. The doctor thought I was making it up, but even skipping one day's dose made it better.

Along with depression, I have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I was attending a DBT group for that, but find that I am not a very good participant and get nothing from the sessions. Ditto for individual therapy - I have never had a positive thing come from any of it. Nothing.

I'm hoping that I can find medication (natural or otherwise) that will put me in a better state of mind so that therapy might begin to help. I've been on disability for nearly a year and if anything, I feel worse.
