FB got a but statement isn't EMSAM helping I thought it was? I've always been diagnosed as having an anxiety disorder. Up here so many are depressed that's the diagnosis of the day in this area. Now go someplace else and it could be different. I do know my physical problems, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, hasimotos thyroiditis, old lyme's disease, and now the spine curvature. Each time I get a physical diagnosis I get anxious and if I let it get out of hand then get sad. But somehow I must fight. In the beginning all the ad's made me extremly anxious, have been on trileptal and lamictal as adjunct to anxiety/depression. Deplin also. Benzos and luvox so far aren't going anywhere. Knowing you have physical illnesses to me is very distressing. Yes of course you deserve to feel well and a diagnosis doesn't define who you are. Now I ask does this make sense? love Phillipa
