Again, I find 10 mg escitalopram too sedating. I am more calm but I do not have motivation. For worse these days I can´t take much coffee becase of digestive problems.
I am also taking 0.5 mg alprazolam at night. I think the best results from all the medications I tried is from alprazolam.
I don´t know what to do. Dr says 5 mg is not enough. Maybe switch to another brand?. I would like to try 5 mg ESC + 0.25 mg alprazolam for some time.
